We also require that all Authentic Adventures clients have adequate medical and travel insurance before participating in our tour programs. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by
Authentic Adventures. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these terms and conditions.
a. All bookings are subject to availability and ability to make it well
b. To confirm a booking, A deposit is required. The remaining must be paid
before the departure date.
c. Payment can be made through the designated payment methods accepted by Authentic
Adventures (Wise, VTC Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, USDT, Cryptocurrency )
d. If the customer has decided to participate in the tour, we recommend that they confirm and
book the tour early, preferably 3-6 months before the tour date, to ensure smooth operation of
the services.

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your
booking. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking. After receiving the payment, we will
begin working on and arranging your trip for customer and then provide you with relevant
updates. Additionally, customers can still request changes to the itinerary or the number of
participants after making the deposit
a. In the event of cancellation, we will not impose any charges, as we strive to provide the best

contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply.
Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason
for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply
upon demand.
b. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
c. Refunds, and their method will be effected as agreed between you and Authentic Adventures
For unused services, mistakes, and timely cancellations. Again, we will not charge you any
amount for our work. However, bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account.
a. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all required travel documents, such as
passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained before traveling.
b. Authentic Adventures will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the
traveler's failure to comply with the necessary travel document requirements.
a. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect
themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
b. Authentic Adventures is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal
belongings or for any medical expenses incurred during the trip
Changes and Amendments:
a. Authentic Adventures reserves the right to make changes or amendments to the itinerary,
accommodations, transportation, or any other aspect of the trip, if necessary and take the
agreement with customer
b. In the event of a significant change, Authentic Adventures will inform the traveler as soon as
possible and offer alternative options.
Liability
a. Authentic Adventures shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to property

c. Authentic Adventures will not store or retain any sensitive payment information after the
transaction is completed.
d. In the event of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges related to payments made through
Authentic Adventures, please notify us immediately.
e. We advise travelers to exercise caution and avoid sharing their payment details with
unauthorized third parties or individuals claiming to represent Authentic Adventures.
f. Authentic Adventures shall not be held liable for any unauthorized transactions or losses
incurred due to the traveler's negligence or failure to adhere to recommended payment security
